By using the SIGMA25G, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this disclaimer. You agree that you are solely responsible for your conduct while using the SIGMA25G, and for any direct or indirect consequences that may result from its use. You agree to only use the SIGMA25G for proper purposes that are in accordance with local and airspace rules and regulations.

  1. SIGMA25G is not a toy and should be operated with extreme care, as improper operation can cause damage to property, serious personal injury, or death.

  2. As with any multi-rotor aircraft, SIGMA25G is a complex and technical machine. Novice pilots should invest sufficient time in a flight simulator and seek training from an experienced pilot prior to operation.

  3. The SIGMA25G Aircraft Flight Manual and a flight simulator are no substitutes for training with an experienced pilot, particularly when it comes to learning how to safely operate the SIGMA25. Novice pilots should never fly without the supervision of an experienced pilot.

  4. Always check the SIGMA25G and its components prior to operation.

  5. Ensure that all parts are in good condition before each flight. DO NOT fly with worn or damaged parts.

  6. Always maintain a safe distance from the SIGMA25G when in use.

  7. Never attempt to touch the SIGMA25G when the propellers are moving.

  8. Ensure that the propellers are installed correctly before each flight.

  9. When testing the motor direction, always test the SIGMA25G with the propellers removed.

  10. Maintain a safe distance from people, buildings, high voltage power lines, tall trees, water, and other hazards when flying the aircraft.

  11. Never fly with any propellers that have visible imperfections or damage.

  12. Always keep children and animals at a safe distance away from the SIGMA25G when in use and when changing configurations.

  13. Only use compatible Indrones parts, contact Indrones for replacement and/or maintenance.

  14. Always remove the propellers when making a change to the configuration of the SIGMA25G to prevent propeller strikes in the event of unintentional motor starts.

  15. It is your responsibility to perform a full system check of the SIGMA25G prior to every flight.

  16. It is your responsibility to learn how to safely operate the SIGMA25G and to adhere to all applicable rules and regulations.

  17. Fly at your own risk.

  18. The SIGMA25G is a tuned system with custom components selected for each application. Modification to, removal, or substitution of the SIGMA25G components will void the warranty and can lead to unsafe operating conditions.

  19. The aircraft is not waterproof. DO NOT fly in rainy or snowy weather.

  20. Ensure that all cables are connected correctly and firmly before each flight.

  21. Only use Indrones Flight Batteries as the power supply.

  22. DO NOT overload the system.

  23. DO NOT go near or touch the motors or propellers when they are spinning, as this can cause serious injury.
