12. Warranty Clause

Telephonic support will be provided for the initial period of 3 weeks from the drone delivery to do the initial hand-holding on the use of the device during office hours (10 am-5 pm). After 3 weeks only Email/ WhatsApp support would be available.

For any kind of repair and maintenance, the drone needs to be sent to the manufacturer under all circumstances.

The general turnaround time for repair and maintenance is 2 weeks after the drone reaches the workshop. In case of a heavy crash, it may get extended.

The To-and-fro logistics cost for the drone is not covered by the manufacturer.

There is no provision for providing a replacement drone.

Any anomaly during operation should be reported via email and necessary action steps should be consulted and taken as per the Manufacturer’s assigned person. Any crash or mishappening at a later date due to nonreporting will void the warranty.

The following conditions must be met for warranty service:

  1. During the warranty period, the product is normally used, as intended by the manufacturer.

  2. No unauthorized disassembling, modification or installation has been performed.

  3. Labels, Serial Numbers, waterproof marks, false proof marks, etc. show no signs of tampering or altering;

  4. Valid proof-of-purchase, receipt, or order number.

The following situations are not subject to warranty service conditions:

  1. Crash or burning caused by non-manufacturing factors.

  2. Any unauthorized software or hardware modification, disassembling, or shell opening which did not follow the instruction of official manuals.

  3. Damage caused by improper installation, or incorrect use or operation despite the guidance of manuals.

  4. Damage caused by unauthorized modification of circuit, mismatch, or misuse of battery and charger.

  5. Damage caused by neglecting or handling of the drone by an untrained Pilot.

  6. Damage caused by any flights which didn’t follow the instructions of the manuals.

  7. Damage caused by operation in bad weather (i.e. strong wind, rain, sand/dust storm, etc.)

  8. Damage caused by operating the unit in an electromagnetic interference environment (i.e. mining area, radio transmitting tower, high-voltage wire, substation, etc.).

  9. Damage caused by operating the unit in an unauthorized app or software.

  10. Damage caused by operating the unit in a known environment with interference with other wireless devices (i.e. transmitter, video-link, Wi-Fi signals, etc.).

  11. Damage caused by operating the unit with a weight greater than the safe takeoff weight.

  12. Damage caused by forced flight when components have been aged or damaged.

  13. Damage caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthenticated third-party parts.

  14. Damage caused by operating the unit with a low-charged or defective battery.
